Yogawell

Yogawell is a space for you to connect body, mind, spirit and community.

With a unique combination of wellness reflections, mindfulness, affirmations and yoga asana; it is designed to encourage and inspire you to be healthful, balanced, and fully ‘alive’.

Yogawell classes are a gentle introduction to yoga asana (postures, poses, stretches) that will help you to move your body in line with your breath. The classes are available to all levels of experience and are a great way to learn more about the benefits of the different movements or sequences.

My hope is that the Yogawell community will grow & thrive from our time together.

 
 
 
Yogawell is not just good for the body but especially for the soul. Every time I came to one of the classes I knew I will feel so much better afterwards - and I did!! Thanks to setting an intention at the start of the class, Penny was able to create a beautiful space for each individual participating. The concept for Yogawell draws together Penny’s passions for wellness and conscious living, with her love of movement.

More than a physical practise, yoga helps to calm your mind, open up your heart and tune in to your source.

Each class begins with a reflection and/or discussion on the wellness theme for the week, and a chance for you to refocus your intention or goals for the week ahead. Each term offers fresh ideas and practical tips for making positive changes for your health with the support and encouragement of others.

As the well is a source of water to quench your thirst and cleanse your body; time at the well brings restoration and vitality for body, mind and spirit.
