As the days get longer, busier and more social - it is wonderful to know how we can bring ‘wellness’ into the mix! Join us to explore a range of short simple practices that will help to keep you light and free this summer!
Facilitated by Penny Wilson (Tekapo Wellness), this class will include a series of yoga sequences, mindfulness and reflection tools, and a range of tasty summer recipes. We will also enjoy a whole-foods morning tea together.
